In implantology, diagnostics are carried out using three-dimensional X-ray imaging on the computer. With this so-called DVT (digital volume tomography), we can see even the smallest detail of the bone. This also allows us to detect infections or cysts that would not be visible with a conventional panoramic X-ray.
