Longevity and biological Dentistry
Biological dentistry respects the whole processes of the human organism, therefore the focus is on the natural treatment of the patient.

Oral Health and Longevity
In modern longevity science and biohacking, the mouth is viewed as the "gateway to systemic health." Systems medicine (Dentistry 3.0) emphasizes that long-term cellular health is impossible without addressing chronic oral inflammation, which directly drives cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's, and autoimmune disorders.

Root Canal Treated Teeth
In biological dentistry and longevity medicine, a root-canal-treated tooth is considered a dead organ left inside the body.
The Problem:
It is impossible to 100% sterilize the miles of microscopic dentin tubules after removing the tooth pulp. Anaerobic bacteria remain trapped, producing highly toxic metabolic byproducts like thioethers and mercaptans.
Impact on Longevity:
These toxins leak into the bloodstream, constantly draining the immune system and contributing to chronic fatigue, autoimmune flares, and systemic inflammation.
Longevity Approach:
If a 3D CBCT scan shows chronic inflammation around a root canal, longevity physicians often recommend safe extraction and replacement with biocompatible ceramic (zirconia) implants.
Metals in the Mouth (Amalgam & Heavy Metals)
Heavy metal burden and oral galvanism accelerate cellular aging and increase oxidative stress.
Amalgam Fillings:
Composed of about 50% mercury, which continuously vaporizes during chewing, brushing, or drinking hot liquids. Mercury is a potent neurotoxin that disrupts mitochondrial energy production.
Oral Galvanism:
Having different metals (amalgam, gold, metal-ceramic crowns) in the mouth creates a battery effect using saliva as an electrolyte. This generates micro-currents, causing neurological stress and mucosal irritation.
Longevity Approach:
Removal of amalgam under strict safety protocols (SMART protocol: rubber dam, high-volume suction, alternative oxygen) and replacement with non-toxic composite or ceramic materials.
NICO (FDOJ, Neuralgia-Inducing Cavitational Osteonecrosis)
NICO refers to a hidden, chronic, fatty degenerative osteonecrosis of the jaw inside the jawbone. It typically develops at the site of poorly healed wisdom tooth extractions or under old root canals.
The Problem:
These silent bone cavities lack blood supply and become "toxic swamps" that produce massive amounts of the inflammatory cytokine RANTES (CCL5). Because it happens inside the bone, it is usually completely painless and invisible on standard 2D X-rays.
Impact on Longevity:
RANTES travels through the bloodstream and can trigger or sustain inflammation in distant organs. It has strong documented links to breast cancer, melanoma, and chronic neurological conditions. It also influences chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmune diseases, skin problems such as eczema, and gastrointestinal and joint inflammations.
Longevity Approach:
Detection via 3D CBCT scans and CaviTau. In our practice, we also use bioenergetical testing. Treatment involves surgical curettage (scraping out) of the dead bone, ozone therapy for disinfection, and using PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) from the patient’s own blood to stimulate bone regeneration.
